Overall, the interview process was relatively easy. After the employee recommendation, I got a call their HR person who asked general questions mostly regarding the fit. Afterwords, it took one month to proceed with the actual interview. The district manager called me to invite for the interview. Interview itself was rather general and relatively friendly.
Got a call after two weeks that I was hired.

Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
