The whole process took about a month. It started with an email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I received another email to set up an in-person interview. In the email it was instructed to wear jeans, and tennis shoes or steel toed shoes if you have them. This was so that you could preform the exercise demonstrating what the job entails. Since I already work in a similar position I have steel toed shoes. So I arrive for the interview. The first step is a short video. The second step is preforming the exercise. It states that the total time given for the exercise is 45 minutes in the emails, it is actually only 15 minutes and will switch the goal of the end result part way through the exercise. The last step is the actual interview, and the time where you can ask any questions that you may have. The ending of the interview is pretty standard with an I will email/call you. However, they will not follow this step. I just so happened to log into the site in which you schedule the in-person interview and it said that I was blocked from applying. It stated that even though I have impressive aspects they are going with candidates who better suit their needs. I have no clue what would be better then someone who has worked similar hours, and in a similar position. I do believe that they discriminate. As I was waiting for my interview there were only 2 females, the majority were men. This is odd in such a big company who claims to be equal opportunity. So even if you are a qualified female don't waste your time.
