Applied online via linkedin and got a call from the HR Manager in a week. She scheduled me for a telephone interview with the HM within a week. Interview with the HM was great, he was super relaxed and asked me questions on my previous positions along with some relevant behavioral questions based on the position. I got an email for an onsite interview the very next week. Went in the Pepsico office and interviewed with 4 team members . All were very friendly and that helped me answer all their questions (nothing technical) very confidently. I was super impressed by the team and really wanted to join them. 2 days later, I got a call from the HR manager with an offer. The offer was way higher than my expectations, so I didn't negotiate. The whole process took 3-4 weeks.

Interview was very nice and concrete. All my questions were answered, company was well introduced, decision process fast, post interview steps very well organised, great support also from HR and recruitment team.
