Very professional, straight-forward recruitment process, even on pandemic times. I was being updated constantly about the status throughout each phase of the process, by the HR Talent Acquisition team.
I got phone, 1:1 video, and group/panel video interviews.

Second phase included Technical and Management interviews with project team.

Very lengthy interview! 3 rounds and each round took at least 1 month for a callback. I made it to the 3rd interview In total about 4 months for to not get hired.

Common topics include teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and handling challenges.
Example: "Tell me about a time you led a team to achieve a goal under tight deadlines."
Technical/Case Questions:
Role-specific and problem-solving-focused.
For instance, a marketing role may ask about campaign strategies, while a supply chain role may require optimization problem-solving.
