My resume was introduced to Frito Lay through a recruiter. I received a call from HR asking general questions. A 30min-1 hour phone interview was set up. After the phone interview, i had an all day on site interview with several people.

Tell me about the most challenging project you have worked on.
behavioral and technical interviews
Normal process, nothing out of normal. usual questions were asked like strengths and weakness. The interviewer was polite and kind. Overall, it was a good experience but I was expecting more.

Entrevista
simple competency questions. Usually in the informal way. Definitely ask questions at the end as it shows engagement and they like it a lot. However, research them and dont ask something that can be found online

Overall it was a very professional and standard interview with a friendly and personable interviewer. It was one-on-one with someone who worked in a very different area than what I was applying for (but not HR).
