Met with the hiring manager and thought it went well. I believed he really liked me. The second person to interview me seemed like she felt I was too much experience even though this was a contract job. I would think you would want experience for a contract job. Both individuals were really nice to me and the conversation went well.

Took 3 months to provide offer letter and followed by 3 interviews and put the hold in the account . Then replied stating they are willing to proceed and I am not sure what the problem is has happened

Whole day process with consulting firm. Divided into introduction, group case study, mathematical and engineering aptitude tests, and an individual case study. The interview process was very long and tiresome, and was kind of boring to say the least.
