There was three separate interviews which followed the STAR method.
The company want to see how you step out of your job responsibilities to support the team and achieve results.
Multiple behavioral interviews each lasting about 45 minutes at the PepsiCo site. The interviews were broken up by tours of the facility and general information about the company as a whole.

Entrevista
The process first involves of a 20-30 minute interview, with one HR person and another employee in a similar role to that which is being applied for. Then you are moved to an on-site interview, where you have three 45-minute interviews with plant managers
