I was reached out to for a sales position. The person that screened me over the phone made it sound like I would be pushed to the next round but I never heard back. I thought that the questions were quite dull. She asked if I’m comfortable handling a $3m territory and I answered yes and gave her my past sales metrics based on SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER companies that I worked for which is still impressive. If people like this are looking for sales people from larger companies then maybe they need to research peoples work history before reaching out to them. The same way if you see I’m working at a company for a year and you want someone with more tenure why are you reaching out to me in the first place? To waste our time. Also what I thought was strange was the entire sales team bounces back and forth between two showrooms. This makes NO sense to me and sounds chaotic. I think this is another toxic company.
