Very short and straight to the point on selling their products. they wanted to make sure you spoke spanish and english because most customers were hispanic. Which can be unfair since everyone in the US who needs a job does not speak spanish as well

Quick and easy, interviewed with regional manager via video conference. He asked what my favorite fragrance was. It was difficult to say. I own over 300. Asked about relevant sales experience.
