Very short and straight to the point on selling their products. they wanted to make sure you spoke spanish and english because most customers were hispanic. Which can be unfair since everyone in the US who needs a job does not speak spanish as well

First, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. She said someone will reach out and if she doesn't contact her back. The other person never reached out and a month later, the HR lady called again and said I am so sorry the other person never reached out, are you still available - and finally, the other person called and said they are having to let this other lady go that they just hired since she does not speak any English and only speaks Spanish.
