Submitted resume online. Called for an interview. Interviewed once, then was offered a position. I was refereed by a friend. The interview was brief. I feel like they just wanted to check the box and could tell they needed support. The two principles interviewing me where very enthusiastic and later i came to find being rather fake.

Was contacted by a third party recruiter, who used a bait and switch tactic regarding the job title. Perkins and Will contacts were friendly and professional though, and i would have been more open to the position of it had been disclosed properly (don't trust recruiters).
