Great. Collective by directors, very friendly. Review your portfolio and passion. Asked about your resume, what you want in return from the company, what are your future goals. What did i think where my strengths and weaknesses and why.
The interview process was very casual. With the firm's principal, w reviewed my portfolio and resume and talked about my career goals. They then described the company and their firm culture.

It took them a long time to get back to me because many people had to review my portfolio. They kept asking if I could drop by tomorrow and I kept having to remind them that I was moving from out of state and would be happy to schedule an in-person meeting but needed to plan it more than a day in advance.They eventually set up an in-person interview with me a week out and I booked a flight.
