The interview was a casual discussion with the design director, with an offer made within two days after. There was a seperate short interview about software after the offer to assess competencies

Professional as expected and the interview seemingly went well despite it being remote. People sitting on the interview call ranged from architectural designers to project managers. I mainly went over the portfolio and casually discussed my interest in the firm.
