Company highers third party(nicco ventures pvt ltd) for carrying interviews .It has worst process of selecting.IF u are from vit's and coep u don't need to worry about aptitude or rather placement because everything's are already fixed.If u are from DYPCOE or other colleges than don't waste yr time because no matter how much skill u posses u are not allowed to go qualify after first round.I am 100% sure they are not checking yr papers.Such big mnc should look what is going on in their selection process .They'll take u to auditorium for test where u'll have no desk to write paper too.Finally it's all business of making money. If u are instrumentation engg I'll suggest u to search for job outside India and don't come back because in India no one will see yr talent.
