First Telephonic HR round where general questions are asked Tell about your family, career, achievements. Then Face to Face round..it is at HO Gurgaon which is technicalround with Production head..then Salary Negotiation with HR person

Interview start with telephonic round via consultant for JD. First round did with HR and manufacturing GM for Technical knowledge and previous work achievements through skype. Next three round happens at Gurgaon Corporate office which cover two technical and one HR round. After selection, final salary discussion.
