Was sent a link for a video interview and it was here where it all went downhill. You log into the system and it asked you questions and your video and responses are recorded and sent...somewhere. Very cold and impersonal. Asking a senior management candidate to do this is just bad practice. Perhaps for mass interviews for hourly employees or interns, ok, not upper management. It came across as the company being lazy or trying to rely too much on technology. I was so turned off by the process I didn’t have very much enthusiasm for the next step. I decided that I wouldn’t pursue the role despite the feedback.
