Different interview stages, broadly to inform the candidate and clear expectations about the job, company and interview process, assess employees general abilities related to the job and understand the general fit of the candidate

I was part of a selection process at Personio and made it to the final interview. After completing all the stages and receiving the promise of feedback afterward, they simply stopped responding. No response, no decision, no closure. Just silence. The most ironic thing is that this is a "human resources software" company, but what they demonstrate is a complete inconsistency between what they sell and what they practice. That a company supposedly focused on improving "people management" can't even close a selection process properly is, to say the least, shameful. If you expect professional, transparent, and respectful treatment of your time as a candidate, this is not the place. The experience was a complete waste of time. Not only do you not receive a response, but they also keep you waiting under false expectations. What could have been a good experience becomes yet another example of corporate posturing: a lot of "human-centric" aesthetics, but zero substance. I would not apply again, nor would I recommend Personio to anyone who values ​​serious and honest selection processes.
