What do you mean by hiring and interview process? I applied via an employee referral.
Process was awful. You were blindsided by questions that you couldnt answer. You were looking at yourself the entire time which is not helpful because then you focus on your flaws.
After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.

Theres a lot of interviews 6 to be exact. Virtually, Physically and even has exams. You have to excel and be confident so you can get this job. Be knowledgeable enough and study what is being a sales rep is.
