Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Pfizer.
Entrevista
I am in the midst of the interview process. I was sent a link for a video interview with an application called HireVue in which a recruiter recorded themselves asking a question, and I was given 30 seconds to prepare, then 3 minutes to answer the question while being recorded. There were about 12 questions, but I believe 3 were questions in which I typed in my response. For example, am I willing to relocate, what do I expect to earn, ect. The video screening was a bit awkward. I suspect most candidates feel this way though, and I was offered to move on to a phone interview the next week.

Extremely organized and streamlined interview process. Incredibly impressed! I applied online and heard back about 2-3 weeks later. First interview was a video interview through HireVue asking a series of situational-based questions. I would recommend practicing since you only have one chance to record your answer. Second interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Resume walk through and a series of situational-based questions. Third interview was an in-person with the hiring manager with another series of situational-based questions. Final round interview was a phone interview with the regional manager. Resume walk through and a few situational-based questions. Ask for the job! Overall, positive experience. In total, about a 2 month process.
I applied online and the process took a few weeks. The first interview is through HireVue, where you are given multiple prompts. Each prompt consists of a 30 second preparation and a 3 minute answering period.
Applied online then was asked to do a video interview/recording two weeks later. Then a week or two later asked to do a phone interview. Did not get the job.
