Group work that consisted of team work. An exercise/scenario was given and a problem had to be solved. The person who you interview with will come and assess you whilst completing this. You will then have a chance to meet other applicants who are applying for the same or different role. You will also have the opportunity to meet university students who are on placement, and you will be able to ask them questions. Employees will also come and talk to you about the company and their position also. You will then have an individual interview. The whole process lasted from 8.30-5.30
