I applied online and was contacted by an HR person who was running the program. She told me that a team was interested in me and she sent me the description for the position. I then had an interview with the hiring manager. He asked me questions based on my resume and general behavioral questions. It was a fairly standard screening interview. He also went over the position description in more detail with me. From what I understand, a fairly low percentage of applicants get a response (I think its around 15% if I remember correctly). However, if you do get called for an interview, you will probably get the position unless you really messed up during your interview (like if you forgot about it or said something outrageous). It was a good experience so I encourage any student looking for a paid internship opportunity to apply. You will be drug tested as part of pre-employment so prepare accordingly. Mine was a urine test. I did not receive any random drug tests after the pre-employment one.

2 rounds of interviews. First with manager and second with 5 team members. It was very straight forward with mostly behavioral questions and some specific questions about your experience. Overall it was a great interview experience! The interviewers very very friendly and did a great job at explain the potential role.
