Entrevista
firstly phone interview which was rougly 10mins, then an online aptitude test 25mins covering 3 different areas maths, spacial and shape association, then assessment centre in hotel 5 aptitude tests similar to the online tests and the 20 min group discussion, then actual interviews with Pfizer personnel, research pfizer and do a few tests online should all good
3 rounds
First round is a multiple choice assesment over teams
Second round was a group interview assignment over teams
Third round was a one-to-one interview with a lead process technician

The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Entrevista
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
