It was a good experience interviewing with Pfizer. I gave the interview in October 2020. Applied through their career portal. My resume got picked up by HR. HR manager called me up for the first round of interviews. After the initial screening, got called for another round of interview. The second round was taken by the department managers. Mostly the questions were Behavioural questions. They asked me about my experience, my skillsets, how would I work in difficult situations etc. Overall it was a positive experience. Didn't get offered the job though.
