Process was very straight forward from beginning to end. The recruiter was upfront and honest during the process and completely laid out the timeframe from when the interviews would take place to final candidate selection. I went through an initial phone screen with the recruiter, and then the hiring manager. After that was called in for 5 face to face interviews - all took place in a single day. Next steps in the process included two additional phone interviews, one with the hiring manager and an outside SME vendor. After a couple of quick rounds of negotiations was made an offer. The final offer was very fair.
