A human resources employee performed a pre-screening interview. After sucessfully passing that interview, 3 managers interviewed at the same time about the position. They talked about the position, the kind of work and the related interviewee experience.

They will set up a phone interview to gather basic information. This is more of a recruiting service from HR but i treated it professionally just in case. they they set me up for an interview about 3 weeks later. Lastly, I had to pass a drug screening and background check.
