The recruiter cancelled our initial call three times! The third time he did this 2 minutes after the scheduled start time! His reason: I'm double booked. When our fourth call was scheduled, he actually made it and said "apologies" "we're all busy." During the call he actually praised the division of Pfizer I was applying to as a "mom and pop business." He seemed to be quite proud of this. I have followed up via email two times after our call , but radio silence. What a joke! Looks like Pfizer's recruiting department sure operates like a poorly run mom and pop organization.
