Group setting with scenario where applicants must discuss and decide upon plan of action. Followed by selecting suitable options that are provided and ranking from 1-4. Applicants also needed to rank them individually before the discussion.

The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Entrevista
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
