Very professional interview by skype. General question + some specfic question regarding current position. Personal background, longterm goals.
During this first interview, you will discuss your background and experience relative to the job which you applied for. Teilnahme an einem Assessment-Center mit Fallbeispielen und mehreren Vorstellungsgesprächen. Zusätzlich musste man eine kurze Präsentation zu einem festeglegtem Thema mit 30 Minuten Vornereitungszeit ausarbeiten. Auch eine Gruppendiskussion wurde angehalten, in der man sich zu einer Fragestellung austauschen sollte.

There were 3 steps. video conference, face to face with the hiring manager and offer. But it was in covid quarantine. Hiring manager progress on my resume by asking all of them quickly. he asked me about mostly my experiences instead of education.
