Intense, many-stage selection procedure (CV, phone call with HR, meeting with manager, formal interview, and ending in a 3-day business case challenge with group work, pitches, presentations, sales role plays and more). What I liked the most is that I didn't really fit the profile but they appreciated the social impact motivation and wanted to also try something different. Great personal contact with the people that interviewed.

Angenehmer Auswahlprozess, inhaltlich anspruchsvoll aber lockerer Umgang unter recht jungen Führungskräften. Detaillierte Beispielszenarien und Rollenspiele, für die entsprechend ausreichen Vorbereitungszeit eingeräumt wurde. Zeitnahes Feedback im Anschluss noch in gleicher Woche.

Entrevista
Quite fast considering the seniority of the role, good candidate care by Recruiter, which made the several rounds and months of interviewing easier to bear. Recruiter was attentive and responsive throughout Interviewers took care to engage and answer questions.
