The first round was a selection based on resume and motivational letter. After being selected for this round I had to a an online assessment which included logical thinking, numeric capacity and language/understanding text. Based on the scores I was selected for the next round, which was a Skype interview with HR. When passing this round I has a business interview with Marketing Director on site. Then the final round was a Business challenge of 2 days, staying in a hotel with the final 6 participants. The first day we got to meet the hiring managers and visit the campus, the second day we had to do case interviews, role play with an actor, team discussions, elevator pitch etc. It was very intensive but a great experience overall. The recruiters were so nice. What I really appreciated was their personal approach. I really felt after each phase, if I don' t make it, at least I had a wonderful time and really learned a lot (I even got coaching and advise during my business interview). Well done!!!
