1 initial phone interview with a recruiter and then 1 phone interview with a manager--general overview of responsibilities and experience to make sure I was worth meeting. Pretty positive overall.
1 half-day of in-person interviewing. This included giving a presentation to a team, then met back-to-back with team members, manager and director (hiring manager). It was all very positive, and they basically told me I had the job.
Then...no one ever called back. I contacted the hiring manager and the recruiter by phone and email several times. No response for 6 weeks--then just a brief email, saying I didn't get the job. No explanation or apology for the delay. Very poor treatment after a good interview process.

The questions were a mix of situational and technical. Nothing especially deep or difficult. It was clear that some of the people I met with were not experienced in interviewing.
