Communication via mail only. I got a mail for the interview right after i had passed a numerical and a verbal test that were necessary to pass the first step. the second step was two separate interviews of one hour each, the first with the HR manager and the second with the forwarding and distribution manager. Nice atmosphere and very friendly and kind people.

Internship: Marketing Procurement buyer
After sending my CV, HR contact me by mail to arrange an in-person interview. There are 3 parts and 45 minutes for each. the first two with managers and the last one with the senior manager. When arrive at the company, remember to bring your ID to change for the entering badge.
When I arrived, they combine the first two interviews into one interview because they are from the same department and there's no need to do it twice. The managers started with a brief introduction to the department, to their work, and what's the internship about. and ask you to introduce yourself. Easy question, all related to what's in your CV, your personality. However, they ask a couple of situation-related questions at the end of the interview. (related to procurement processes, see questions I provided in the following section.
After 30 min. of the break, the senior manager came and started the 1v1 interview. No difficult questions at all.Just common questions.
