Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Philips.
Entrevista
Initially contacted by HR to set up a phone screen. Spoke with HR for ~45 minutes, had a chat about why I wanted to work at Philips, where I saw myself in X years, ..., the usual stuff. Nice enough lady, but clearly very busy. Advanced to next interview with hiring manager (another phone interview). He was about 20 minutes late calling me, and sounded very busy. Felt like I must have been inconveniencing him; he was rushed and generally a bit impatient. After a half hour about my background, he asked me some basic technical questions. I fumbled a couple of them (real face-palm questions when you get them wrong) and did not advance to the third interview in person. I thought I heard him scoff when he informed me that he was done with the questioning. Certainly I had missed a couple simple questions, but the experience of chatting with the hiring manager left me wondering if I would have wanted to work with him anyway.

I would not say that I was asked any difficult questions; I suspect the phone interview was terminated before we got to the tough(er) questions.
