recruited on campus, with additional one round of phone interview for CO-OP position. started with 1 on 1 and then followed by phone interview with two department manager. I was hired with no prior programming knowledge, the CO-OP is total waste of my time and have nothing to do the entire time. But getting paid 20$/hr is nice.
