Consisted of multiple case studies and group works. Interviewers were very cordial. Rather than a usual interview, I felt like I was having a conversation with a mentor. Even though I did not get an offer, it was a learning experience for me.

Split in groups of 3-4 people, asked to come up with business ideas
Very friendly, positive atmosphere, 3 steps including hr and line manager interview, assessment. For preparation process it's better to read all recent news as well as investor reports and prepare intro speech. Compared to other companies, the interview process was rather easy
