Phone screen, followed by 2 phone interviews. Very personable and not canned. Communication was good and I received an offer. Having the job now, I will say that the internal processes, like quoting are overly complicated and time consuming.

I was able to demonstrate how I could meet the manager’s expectations and contribute to the team’s success.
