Behavioral interview process, communicative HR department throughout the process. Some recruiters are fantastic, some are not great. First was an HR screening, and then an on-site interview with the Hiring Manager. Rec'd an offer 2 business days after my interview with the Hiring Mgr.

Processo muito bom, com retorno sobre a aprovação ou não, bem conduzido pelo rh com perguntas técnica e perguntas sobre a vida profissional, que se encaixam com a vaga para uma adesão mais correta da pessoa que está está sendo entrevistada.

Lots of time invested, many people involved with the interview process. Felt as if the outcome was determined beforehand. Professional for sure, but not very engaging. For the level of the position I would have expected more meaningful conversation.
