Pretty laid back. Customer focused individuals are preferred. I wasn't asked anything that was unexpected. They ask a little about your technical background but more time is spent asking about soft skills. Be able to discuss how you worked successfully in a team and in a solo setting.

Face to face interview them two different managers. Wanted to know about my experience and training while in the military and how much I understood about X-ray machines. They also asked about any college degrees I had. I have an associates degree in applied science.
