A girl from HR called, asked few questions about previous experience. Then she scheduled an interview with Software senior developer. Second interview was with Unit manager. Both interviews contained questions about previous experience, past projects and technical questions.

HR call and then on-site interview.
During the on site you will also meet the team and they might like you or not. So expect some cultural fit problems.
The interview was for a company bought by Philips so the vibe is different from what you fell at Philips.
