I participated in three different interviews. First one was a phone interview with a recruiter that went well. Second was a zoom meeting with the department manager and seemed to go well. Third was a panel interview that consisted of three in person and two more via zoom. All interviews went well with confirmation at the end, I was ghosted after the panel interview. No calls, emails, or texts from anyone. I followed up with the recruiter and was told the position was being held up by HR and after two more weeks I logged into the portal to see that I was not selected. After three interviews I feel that I should have been contacted in some way.
