The procedure comprised three rounds, i.e. an introductory interview, an on-site interview, and a business case. It was clear what was expected in every round, and it was a pleasurable experience overall. The interviewers were very open to give feedback.

First interview with HR, second with colleagues, third with hiring manager and their N+1; the process lasted rather long in my case (3+ months); I found HR rather annoying/ inefficient as they couldn’t reply properly to my questions and showed rather little flexibility.
