Phone Screen with person outsourced from Panama. Then virtual interview with a manager. They don't read resumes and then when they deny you, it's for something clearly not on the resume. They waste time and will repost position 3 times with 100's of applicants for entry level low paying jobs. This company wastes a lot of resources with managers who have zero experience interviewing or hiring.

Entrevista
Recruiter Olga reached out to me. I went through three stages of the interview process: a 45-minute call with her, a language test, and an interview with the hiring manager.
One internal recruiter. Very standoffish but no idea why. Personally didn’t want to find out what the rest of the business was like if this is how a business wants to present itself. Decided not to move forward based on the experience.
