I applied online. I got email from them regarding written assignment. I complete it and sent back. I Solved everything right but I may got rejected because I was on maternity break or They may not have enough quota in singapore for foreigners. My profile and previous experience was complete match according to their job requirement. They could have arrange one face to face interview to all candidates before rejection. Written test can not help to find right candidate. Sometimes people take others help to solve written assignment and judgement on that basis can harm the real potential candidate.
