The recruiter was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. I applied in December and heard back around early January. They asked me to respond to a few behavioral questions (how does your PhD align with the role, 3 things that inspire you etc.) via email and then scheduled my technical coding interview. I didn't do well on the first coding interview but they have a redo option so I did that and did a bit better (still not great). But overall feedback and experience was good.

Applied on the site, received interview for the coding assessment a few days later. Pretty smooth but I did not perform well on it. The time to finish was short given the nature of questions. Harder than the ones I've done at FANG's, but it might also have been because I had misguided expectations.
