Was approached via LinkedIn. Phone screen with kind recruiter, followed by 3 interviews and an extensive case study / assignment. All went well with nice people. Quick followups too. On to the bad parts, the process was a mess: - managed by 4 recruiters. - recruiter forgot to add me to Meets invite for first 3 interviews, followed by hasty LinkedIn messages from hiring manager. Stressful, but adequately resolved. - preparing offer took 2 weeks, not sure why so long. - recruiter forgot to tell me they lowered the Leveling for the role, and with that the pay range (!). After weeks of prep and 3 days finetuning a presentation / assignment was low balled with an offer 50% below lowest end of pay range indicated beforehand (+-110k vs 210-240k). Far below what to even reasonably consider. Overall total waste of time, and highly unprofessional. Do not trust any pay range they indicate.
