The process took about a month. The first step was with a recruiter, then the hiring manager and finally a panel of 3 team members, coworkers or other managers. The very last step is a presentation where you need to pretend you're an AM and present campaign results to the client with data Pinterest is sending over.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
