People will tell you they care about diversity and inclusion and will blast it all over their social media and websites but when they see you they can’t help their prejudices and treat you like you don’t belong and belittle all your accomplishments. They want you to do good but never as good as them.

But when they see you at the interview you instantly get a violent reaction and helplessly watch them catch a case of dichotomy and prejudice and treat you like you don’t belong and belittle your accomplishments and subconciously refuse to accept the possibility that you could be in certain "coveted" positions.
