The process is very slow, mostly cause by HR single point of contact reduce availability. Starts with a phone screen with HR, then a phone screen with VP of engineering followed by a coding interview, then a full-loop interview which is mostly simple Q&A, basic system design, and pretty much lots of repeat from the original phone screens.

People will tell you they care about diversity and inclusion and blast it all over their sites and social media platforms. But when they see you at the interview you instantly get a violent reaction and helplessly watch them catch a case of dichotomy and prejudice and treat you like you don’t belong and belittle your accomplishments and subconciously refuse to accept the possibility that you could be in certain "coveted" positions. They will be unable to focus and have an objective look at your credentials. Don't give up and don't take it personally. Play it by the numbers and do 100 interviews so you can get the 1 decent job you want.

People will tell you they care about diversity and inclusion and will blast it all over their social media and websites but when they see you they can’t help their prejudices and treat you like you don’t belong and belittle all your accomplishments. They want you to do good but never as good as them.
