Lots of interviews and a test. Interviewed 4 times and no response . Plant visit and one phone call interview as well. Didn't mine the amount of interviews but I felt it was one way. They didn't put much effort in the process.

The interview process was quick and went smoothly. I shared my experience and what I was looking for in a new position. After being interviewed by a knowledgeable friendly recruiter I was offered a position. They were able to place me in a position within the company that I currently work in and enjoy.
