The overall process was extremely straightforward which I really appreciated. Right after I submitted an application online I got a confirmation email, letting me know they actually got my application. The follow up email I got asking me to grab a time with the recruiter for 30 minutes had the company values attached, which I had never seen done before. The same trend of transparency continued throughout the rest of the process. When they said they would be in touch within the week they were. There are so many unknowns when applying and interviewing for a company I really felt like Pluralsight made the interviewing process as straightforward and transparent as possible.

I politely declined the 2nd interview as I received another offer that offered leadership opportunity.

Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me to see if I would be interested to interview. I didn’t really feel like looking for a job, but I’ve heard some positive things about the company. I have 15 years experience and didn’t make it past a phone screening. It’s frustrating that recruiters are spamming people who aren’t even looking just to get more bodies in the door. 0/10
